Colors are conceptual fields examined from different perspectives within the scientific world, serving as subjects of study from the viewpoint of disciplines such as medicine, physics, psychology, architecture, and linguistics. Throughout human history, colors have not merely been regarded as visual objects; they have functioned as significant communication tools carrying deep meanings and symbols. While the treatment and evaluations of colors in the positive sciences are generally consistent, their approach and interpretation in different countries and communities often vary. This divergence is primarily related to the history, folklore, and culture of these societies. Consequently, colors serve as carriers of cultural codes. Colors, which are assigned different meanings in every culture, also emerge as powerful forms of expression in social and political events. This article will examine a lesser-known aspect of colors: their impact on social movements, political ideologies, and cultural identities. The study concludes that colors are not merely aesthetic elements but also powerful symbolic tools that shape social and political dynamics and convey significant messages. The scope of the paper is limited to significant political and social events from history to the present day. As a methodology, written and visual materials concerning important demonstrations and events were evaluated. It is believed that this study will contribute to the fields of color semiotics and culturally-focused color studies
