Abstract

The population living in Uzbekistan speaks different dialects. We know that the Uzbek literary language is based on the Tashkent, Fergana and Andijan dialects. Speaking in different dialects is clearly reflected not only in the language, but also in the naming of national dishes and their methods of preparation. Although national dishes prepared in different regions and districts of Uzbekistan have the same composition, their names differ. These differences are closely related to folk oral creativity, historical development, cultural ties and the unique traditions of each region.
