Abstract

In the process of building the New Uzbekistan, it is essential not only to approach the study of the national language and national literature from a theoretical and methodological standpoint but also from a practical perspective. Therefore, this article discusses the importance of providing students with comprehensive information about the national language and literature when teaching Uzbek as a second language. The aim is to foster respect for the language, a desire to learn it, and aesthetic appreciation among youth. The article emphasizes the significant role of the national language and literature in shaping young people’s consciousness and awakening in them a sense of love and respect for our spiritual heritage, which was of great value to our ancestors
