Abstract

This article provides a scholarly analysis of how successfully the satirical style of George Orwell’s “Animal Farm” has been adapted to the Uzbek linguistic and cultural context in the process of translating the work from English into Uzbek, and examines the moral and aesthetic significance of this adaptation.
