FRAZEOLOGIYA VA FRAZEOGRAFIYA TARIXIGA UMUMIY NAZAR

Abstract

The article provides a general description of phraseology and phraseography, enriched with the views, theories, and opinions of both world and Uzbek linguists, as well as our own perspectives. In addition, it emphasizes that the formation and development of phraseology are closely related to the semantic, cultural, and historical features of each national language. It is also noted that every language’s phraseological layer has its own history and conceptual foundations.
