Аннотация

This article analyzes the lexical, semantic, and stylistic features of medical terms in the works of Alisher Navoi. It examines the use of medical terms in classical sources and the works of encyclopedists, the traditional use of medical terms in Alisher Navoi's works, and their artistic functions.
The medical terms found in the artistic legacy of the great thinker form a unique linguistic layer demonstrating the richness and historical development of the Uzbek language. Words such as tabib, kilay, and tadu in Navoi's works, as well as the terms bemor and bemoristan used in Nasoyim ul-Muhabbat, serve not only as a means of expressing medical concepts but also reflect the thinker's views and worldview.
Nasayim ul-Muhabbat is a religious, moral, educational, and philosophical work.
The work's content is mystical from beginning to end, and the terms used have a primarily symbolic meaning. Medical terms are used in various contexts throughout the work, revealing the author's intentions.
The study of the vocabulary of Nasayim ul-Muhabbat plays an important role in clarifying the content and essence of religious, moral, pedagogical and mystical terms, as well as in revealing the conceptual meanings of medical concepts related to the intellectual aspects of the human body, psyche and thinking, and in reflecting the inextricable connection between the human body, psyche, and thinking.
