Аннотация

The article discusses the degree to which linguistic units referring to person, space, and time are acquired during ontogenesis. It highlights views presented in international linguistic studies concerning the stages of children’s acquisition of deictic units. The reasons for the emergence of the deixis phenomenon in their speech are explained. The study also outlines the significance of determining the relationship between ontolinguistics and pragmalinguistics, developing methodological guidelines for the proper use of reference means in verbal communication, preparing practical recommendations, and its importance for the development of disciplines such as cognitive linguistics, psycholinguistics, and pedagogy.
