Culture is reflected in the language through the unique aspects of a nation’s way of thinking and perception pf the world, which is the main objective of linguoculturology. If the objects of this field are language and culture, then it’s sobjects is the linguistic units that carry cultural semantics. Metaphors, symbols, proverbs, idioms, lacunae and stereotypes are considered the main linguocultural units. A metaphor is not only a stylistic devise but also a linguistic and cultural universal. The synesthetic metaphors we are studying, in particular, stand out due to their distinct characteristics in this regard. This article reveals the national and cultural uniqueness of synesthetic metaphors.
