Abstract

Language is not only a means of communication, but also the most important phenomenon that reflects a person's inner world, emotional experiences, and social background. The feelings, emotional states, and their expressions that every person experiences throughout their life are formed and conveyed through language. Language is not only a means of communication, but also the most important phenomenon that reflects a person's inner world, emotional experiences, and social background. The feelings, emotional states, and their expressions that every person experiences throughout their life are formed and conveyed through language. Lexical units that express a person’s psychological state (words denoting emotional and psychological conditions) largely reflect the unique characteristics of each language. These units vary depending on social and cultural context, which plays an important role in understanding cross-linguistic differences.
