Folklore epics serve as poetic reflections of a nation’s historical and
religious mindset. They artistically embody the socio-political, philosophical-aesthetic,
and religious-educational views of a people during specific eras. In Uzbek folklore studies,
the expression of Islamic-educational thinking within folk epics has not been specifically
researched. This article addresses this issue by analyzing the interpretation of faith within
the characters of the heroic epic “Alpomish” The study draws scientific conclusions
regarding the principles and the underlying pathos of a lifestyle based on Islamic
enlightenment as depicted in the epic
