Аннотация

In classical literary works, particularly in Babur’s lyric poetry, the inclusion of fragments related to other texts within the poetic text occurs frequently through various methods. This phenomenon, evaluated as intertextuality, is widely manifested in poetic texts in the form of allusion. Allusion occupies a distinctive place in the creative works of Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur as well. In the present study, we analyze allusive names found in some of the poet’s ghazals and discuss their main functions within the poetic text.
