КОМПЕТЕНТНЫЙ ОБРАЗ УСПЕШНОГО УЧИТЕЛЯ: СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ ТРЕБОВАНИЯ

Аннотация

This scientific article provides a scientific analysis of the competent image of a successful teacher, which is required by the education system of Kyrgyz society. The main purpose of the scientific analysis of modern requirements for the competent image of a successful teacher is to reveal the content of the image of a successful and competent teacher in modern education, analyze modern requirements for modern teachers and determine the basic conditions for the formation of this image based on the educational principle. And the main task is to conduct a theoretical and methodological analysis within the framework of the topic, identify modern requirements for the image of a competent teacher, and analyze the image of a successful teacher. In order to identify the competent image of a successful teacher, a theoretical analysis was carried out, which is used when writing a scientific paper. In addition, a sociological survey was conducted on the image of a successful teacher, and the answers were received and analyzed. As a result, it was noted that the image of a successful teacher requires broad and multifaceted competencies, while the general public, parents and students demand from teachers not only higher education, but also openness to innovation, emotional wisdom, effective communication and pedagogical ethics. Thus, the changing social requirements for the teaching profession and its transformation into a profession requiring comprehensive development in modern conditions were confirmed
