This article discusses Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur's attitude to dozens of his contemporaries in his work "Boburnoma" and his assessment of them as a literary critic. Babur Mirzo's high respect and boundless respect for the figure of the master and creator Alisher Navoi is also partially discussed
