«БАБУРНАМЕ» КАК ИСТОЧНИК ИСТОРИКО-КУЛЬТУРНОГО СОЗНАНИЯ ВОСТОКА

Аннотация

This article examines Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur’s Baburnama as a significant historical and literary source that played an important role in the formation of the historical and cultural consciousness of the East. The study analyzes the genre characteristics of the text, its place within the tradition of Eastern memoir literature, its historical informativeness, and its cultural and ideological content. Particular attention is paid to the linguistic and poetic features of the work, through which the socio-cultural realities of the East in the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries are represented. The article also explores the role of the authorial perspective in interpreting historical events and shaping historical memory, emphasizing the importance of personal narrative in understanding political, social, and cultural processes of the period. It is concluded that Baburnama functions not only as a source of historical information but also as a means of preserving and transmitting the cultural values of the East
