The article examines the artistic, historical and architectural description of the Fergana Valley and the city of Osh in the memoirs of Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur "Baburnama". The author conducts a comparative analysis of the images of Babur's native land with his later architectural projects in Kabul and India. Particular attention is paid to the history and modern reconstruction of the "Babur's House" on the Sulayman-Too mountain as a symbol of the cultural heritage of Osh
