This article covers the theoretical and practical aspects of using modern pedagogical technologies in state language lessons. The author gives examples of the use of interactive methods (brainstorming, "Insert", cluster, "B-B-B", debates and discussions, role-playing games) in teaching the native language. The advantages of using information and communication technologies (multimedia presentations, online tests, electronic textbooks) are also shown. The article substantiates the role of modern technologies in deepening students' knowledge, developing independent and creative thinking skills, and forming a culture of speech. As a result, interest and respect for the state language increase, and the effectiveness of lessons significantly increase.
