Abstract

This article analyzes the current state of Uzbek language teaching methodologies in academic lyceums, focusing on their effectiveness and potential integration with modern approaches. The research is based on literature review, empirical observations, and experimental data. The findings indicate that while traditional methods emphasize memorization and theoretical knowledge, modern interactive approaches foster students’ analytical thinking, creativity, and communication skills. Furthermore, the integration of digital technologies and electronic textbooks has been shown to significantly enhance the effectiveness of teaching Uzbek language and literature.
