Abstract

This scientific article analyzes the role of language in the life of the nation, its social, cultural and spiritual aspects. Language is highlighted as an important means of expressing the historical memory, spiritual wealth and national identity of the people. The article discusses the stages of development of the Uzbek language, its status as a state language and the need for its preservation and development. The research proves that the language is closely related to national thinking, values and culture
