Abstract

This article analyzes the role, opportunities, and challenges facing the Uzbek language in today's rapidly developing world of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. The limited use of Uzbek in AI-based systems, such as speech recognition, automatic text translation, chatbots, and voice assistants, is highlighted as a significant problem. Furthermore, due to the inadequacy of Uzbek language digital corpora, dictionary databases, and semantic analysis tools, there is a lack of high-quality data for AI models. The article proposes modern technological solutions to these challenges, including the creation of open-source language corpora, data collection for language models, and the development of international collaboration.
