Abstract

This article discusses effective methods of teaching the Uzbek language and literature in academic lyceums. It analyzes the issues of developing students' creative thinking, speech culture, and artistic and aesthetic taste through modern pedagogical technologies, interactive methods, and competency-based approaches. It also reveals the importance of using innovative methods in teacher activities, approaches that put the student at the center of the lesson process, and ways to form spiritual education through works of Uzbek literature.
