Аннотация

The article examines the nature, essence, manifestations and internal types of the phenomenon of interference, which is a relatively new concept in linguistics. The article also summarizes observations on the interaction of the Uzbek and Tajik languages, which have lived for a long time in the same geographical environment in the same region, as well as the manifestation of linguistic connections.
The positive and negative aspects of the interference effect are substantiated by linguistic factual material using the example of the mutual influence of the Uzbek and Tajik languages.
