The speaker, of course, chooses a means - an appropriate channel - to convey certain information to the listener. Naturally, the main channel is the language itself. However, in order to fully convey information, other channels are also used, depending on the general situation and purpose. As we noted above, this includes paralinguistic and extralinguistic means. Communication in most cases is classified as verbal or nonverbal communication, depending on the use of verbal and nonverbal, non-verbal, non-linguistic means of conveying information through gestures, various signs, symbols, and the influence of each other. The process of speech communication consists of speech acts. Speech communication means the joint, cooperative work of linguistic and non-linguistic means in the process of communication. Any speech act occurs with the help of paralinguistic and extralinguistic means. Below we will consider the influence and importance of extralinguistic means in the expression of speech acts of greetings and wishes
