Abstract

The Tashkent dialect belongs to the qarluq dialect of the Uzbek language.
This sheva has its own phonetic features. This article provides information on some phonetic
features of the Tashkent dialect, including the system of vowels and consonants, phonetic
processes characteristic of the dialect.
