OʻZBEK VA TURK XALQ MAQOLLARINING OʻZARO OʻXSHASHLIK JIHATLARI

Abstract

This article deals with the issue of proverbs widely used among the Uzbek
and Turkic peoples; their formal and semantic similarities are examined. Some proverbs are
presented in comparison with each other. The question of how the similarities between them
were formed is discussed.
