Abstract

This article analyzes the lexicon of the work "Guliston bit-turkiy"
by Sayfi Sarayi based on thematic groups. Lexical units related to man, nature,
religious concepts, state administration, moral and spiritual values, and social
relations found in the work are classified in terms of content. Also, the scientific
significance of these lexical layers from the point of view of Uzbek dialectology is
revealed. The results of the study show that "Guliston bit-turkiy" is not only a
historical and literary monument, but also an important linguistic source of the 14th
century Kipchak-Oguz literary language.
