Abstract

This article analyzes the dishes available in the dialects of the Koson
district of the Kashkadarya region of the Republic of Uzbekistan in terms of areal. National
and traditional dishes prepared in the district from ancient times to the present day are
studied. In addition, the studied sources are explained with tables. The dialects of the
Koson district are classified into two dialects.
