Abstract

This article extensively covers Uzbek children’s folklore and its poetic
features. The relationship between folklore and written children’s literature is analyzed. Also, the
genres of children’s folklore – fairy tales, songs, games and their educational and aesthetic
significance are scientifically revealed. The article analyzes the content and essence of children’s
games and songs, their variants, compositional structure and their role in folk pedagogy based on
examples.
