Abstract

The article compares and analyzes some kinship terms used in the dialect of
the Kashshof village with words in the literary language and existing dialects, and provides
comments on this. Also, lexical units in this dialect are analyzed as a regional linguistic
phenomenon, and the historical development of terms is compared with the current Uzbek literary
language. A number of linguistic methods, such as comparison and comparative-historical, are
effectively used in the analysis of examples
