This article presents a scientific analysis of the linguistic work of the renowned scholar, Alisher Navoi, particularly focusing on his seminal work Muhokamat ul-Lug‘atayn. The study examines its development through both international and Uzbek scholarly publications. The article further explores theoretical perspectives on the analysis of one hundred verbs unique to the Turkic languages, which do not have equivalents in Persian. It provides detailed explanations, including the gradation of some of these verbs, as well as the tuyuk genre, a distinctive feature of Turkic poetry, and the cognate words that contribute to it. Additionally, the study delves into the Turkic words that may give rise to homonymy across multiple positions, specifically the second, third, fourth, fifth, and sixth, offering comprehensive interpretations of these linguistic phenomena
