Abstract

This article analyzes the development processes of interethnic relations in the Republic of Uzbekistan during the years of independence and their impact on socio-political development. It also covers the policy of tolerance carried out in the country, reforms aimed at ensuring mutual harmony between representatives of different nationalities and ethnic groups, their rights and interests. The importance of strengthening interethnic harmony in the context of globalization is revealed, and its role in the stability and development of society is substantiated
