Abstract

The article analyzes the legal foundations and practical significance of decentralization of the system of state and local government in Uzbekistan. The article analyzes the issues of increasing the efficiency and transparency of state administration, reducing bureaucracy and corruption, and creating coordination between local state bodies and civil society institutions through the “Single Window” and “Electronic Government” systems, digital technologies and new legislative acts.
