The article provides a comprehensive study of the pedagogical paradigms and didactic principles of personality formation within the historical and literary heritage of Zahiruddin Muhammad Babur. A scientific analysis is conducted on the views presented in the «Baburnama,» which aim at developing the moral, ethical, intellectual, and leadership qualities of an individual. The author identifies the role of Babur’s self-education method and his precepts on forming communicative competencies within the framework of modern humanistic pedagogy. The research examines the thinker’s legacy as a vital factor in fostering universal values and social responsibility. The findings and recommendations of the article serve as a theoretical and practical tool for enhancing the personal qualities and ethical culture of students in the contemporary educational process
