This article analyzes the role of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in the educational process, especially in the development of written speech. The importance of AI in the form of assistance to high school students is presented. The programs show how AI can help students in maintaining text, editing it, and logical management. The accuracy, grammatical correctness, and creative expressiveness of writing through AI are emphasized. The test-and-experimental work of the QuillB and Chat GPT writing technologies was tested, and the test-and-experimental work was checked, and the programs provided an impact on the development of creative and logical thinking, as well as on the ability of AI to determine the literacy of students in the curriculum. It is also mentioned that artificial intelligence can help improve grammar, punctuation, style, vocabulary, and overall structure
