Abstract

This article analyzes a number of general cultural competencies reflected in the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Professional Education for the specialty «Vocational Education» and requiring knowledge of certain rhetorical concepts and constructions. The practical significance of these competencies, aimed at developing the ability to competently construct and present professional information, is emphasized.
