Abstract

This article is devoted to the linguistic and methodological analysis of word combinations based on the materials of the works of Otkir Hoshimov ("The Works of the World", "Between Two Doors"). It considers the importance of word combinations in speech, their theoretical foundations in linguistics. The study highlights the role of word combinations in the writer's work in expressing imagery, emotional expressiveness, and the national spirit. In particular, the artistic and aesthetic functions of adjective and phraseological combinations in reflecting the heroic spirit and national thinking are scientifically substantiated.
