Abstract

Khorezm, including Qoshko‘pir dialects, belong to the Oghuz dialect of the
Uzbek language, and these dialects have their own phonetic, morphological, and lexical
characteristics. This article provides information on some phonetic features of the dialect of the
village of G‘ozovot, Qoshko‘pir district, including the system of vowels and consonants, and
phonetic processes specific to the dialect.
