Uzbek folk art, as one of the most ancient and stable layers of our national
culture, embodies the historical memory, worldview and socio-cultural experience of the people.
In this system, ritual songs occupy a special place, which are not only an aesthetic phenomenon,
but also an important communicative unit that performs a certain social function. Uzbek folklore,
namely ritual songs, express the people’s ideas, beliefs and values related to different periods and
situations through language. This article also discusses the reflection of various expressions,
especially expressions related to the «eye» in lyrical genres, and their unique features
