This article examines the features of using the anthroponym Zahiriddin
Muhammad Babur as an allusive name in literary texts. During the study, the linguopoetic
possibilities of the name “Babur”, its semantic load, and its role in creating intertextual content
are analyzed. Also, through this anthroponym, the artistic expression of such concepts as courage,
patriotism, enlightenment, longing and spiritual resilience is highlighted. The article reveals the
connection between the name “Babur” and historical and cultural memory, as well as its
significance in forming associative meaning in the reader's mind based on examples. As a result
of the research, it is based on the fact that the anthroponym “Babur” is not only a nominative unit
in the literary text, but also an allusive tool with a strong aesthetic and pragmatic effect
