Abstract

This article examines the theoretical position and methodological potential of
linguistic-logical expertise within the framework of legal linguistics. The paper briefly reviews the
development of legal linguistics and outlines the limitations of traditional approaches to linguistic
expertise. Particular attention is given to the need for a more integrative approach in the analysis
of legally significant texts. In this regard, the study proposes a model that combines linguistic,
pragmatic, and logical analysis. The article also discusses the role of argumentative structure and
implicature in the interpretation of legal texts and communicative conflicts
