Abstract

This article examines several aspects of the life and work of Mirzo Babur, his descendants, and his literary legacy. The work “Baburnoma” contains Babur's notes on the land of Tajikistan, particularly the ancient city of Khujand. The article presents assessments of the Baburnama by the great orientalists H. Hambury and A. Barthold. Information about the poet's “Indian Divan” and some of his poetry are interpreted
